Service Description
Class: Course 1: A yoga practice enriched with breath and influenced by the hatha yoga wisdom traditions, seeped in rich philosophy and ancient science, expressed through graceful intuitive movement. Curious self-exploration combined with classical yoga principles and alchemical flowing movement. Course 2: Elemental practice exploration of 5 elements of classical Hatha Yoga linked with specific physical, energetic, intuitive movements, walking you through a curious exploration of self through the lens of classical yoga elemental practices with a contemporary edge. Content and email copy Rarely do we allow for space to and time to rest, the mind body and spirit. Reason why it is important: Rest and breath body movement is important to form a relationship with between mind, body spirit for overall physical and mental health and provide insight to ways we can adapt our lifestyle to cultivate a renewed sense of inner bliss.
