Touching on the heart sutra and enjoying good company. The principles are demonstrated as a way to acknowledge the breath as the conductor of a practice. In doing so, it gives rise to an experience that nourishes the heart, lungs, and whole body. Yoga is a link to marry body through postural rhythms with pranayama (breath and that which guides the breath) and meditation. Spring in full swing—do you feel the flame igniting the fire of change? The air is warming up; now, where to direct our energy? This is not always clear, and I think this is okay. I hear you—confusion and clarity work hand in hand, I find. With change and the unknown, confusion is necessary.
